Insulin Injection Sites

Teens choose different insulin injection sites depending on what they're comfortable with.

There are many different places that you can inject yourself.

For shot therapy, one of the most popular spots for injecting yourself is the back of the arm.

For people with insulin pumps, the most popular spot is the belly.

Other spots for injecting yourself are, the thigh and outsides of the legs.

Here is a picture for you to remember the best injection spots.

The injection sites I use are mostly on my belly. I have used the outsides of my legs before but have not liked it because of comfort. Some people may like it but for me it did not work well.
